In Invidual Members shall be professionals and academics interested and engaged in any aspect of structural concrete as covered in Clause 5 in the constitution. Their applications are to be approved by the Executive Council. An annual membership fee is US$20 for members from the developing countries and US$40 for those from developed countries. Individual members have the following benefits:
